Ben brings over 8 years of experience working in construction, renovations and home building. Talented in his field, he credits his success to his commitment to delivering a quality experience for clients built on a foundation of trust and integrity.  

 

Born and raised in Carson City, NV, Ben met his wife Kristine at University of Nevada, Reno.  He went on to complete 8 years of service as a police officer before retiring and pursuing his passion for home building.  After moving his family to Moraga, CA, Ben trained under “the best”, working with close family members skilled in the field of construction and carpentry and building a family business of flipping high end homes.  However, during the Pandemic, he and his family would, on a whim, rent a motor home with another family and drive cross country to explore the possibilities of a life in TX.  After just 6 hours spent with a Southlake-based Realtor, they were convinced this is where they needed to be.  Ben quickly hit the ground running acquiring and transforming unloved and outdated homes into beautiful turn-key retreats all over Tarrant County.

 

When Ben is not working, he can be found chasing his boys around the baseball field, having a tea party with his daughter, or collaborating with his wife on the dream home they are currently building together in Southlake, TX.

 

Things that matter most to Ben; God, family, friends, quality of life, and treating people how he would like to be treated, a value he says carries over into his work in construction with the lasting relationship he’s been able to build with clients, and sub contractors.

A creative soul with a passion for people, Bonnie brings over a decade of experience designing everything from dream weddings to dream kitchens.  She really strives to get to know her clients on a deeper level as she feels it helps her uncover wants and needs the client may not realize they have.

Bonnie, a west coast transplant, has lived in Las Vegas, Seattle, and Orange County.  After graduating from Chapman University with a degree in TV Production, she went on to work for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, where she was a nationally ranked sales rep and where she met her husband, Alex.  It was with the unexpected organic growth of her boutique event design firm, that she left the corporate world. Once she began exploring interior design and renovations, her passion for real estate was unleashed.  She quickly found herself working with investors, clients and contractors to help reinvent unloved homes.

Her keen attention to detail coupled with her fresh “think-outside-the-beams” approach to design, makes her skilled at finding untapped potential and maximizing floorplan functionality.

A trusted and top performing Realtor, Bonnie brings her expertise and market knowledge to each project, advising on not only beautiful, but meaningful updates that yield ROI.  She welcomes the opportunity to help clients find fixer-uppers and transform them into dream homes.

When she is not helping people buy, sell or remodel homes, Bonnie can be found watching her 2 boys play baseball while chasing her 2 year old in a tutu around the field. She also loves planning special events for her kid’s school and community and traveling abroad with her family in search of adventure and good food.
